Booking Policies:
All reservations will initiate with a Insightful Voyages’ agent by email at info@nativoperu.com or our contact form.
Nativo Peru requires the following important information by the time of confirming services:
A copy of all the Guests’ Passports (the Passport that the Guests will use during the trip)
A preliminary deposit of the 50% of the total price of the trip.
The specific dietary restrictions of all the Guests.
Relevant medical information of the Guests.
Health related Policies:
Upon arrival, the Guests will be required to sign a liability waiver before the departure of their journey.
All the Guests are required to cover the costs of all additional medical services (including evacuation services) should they be necessary during the operation of the journey.
Nativo Peru recommends to our Guests the use of a Travel Insurance.
Nativo Peru recommends to our Guests to comply with the COVID-19 regulations and all Medical requirements of the destinations included in the itinerary.
Payment Policies:
Nativo Peru accepts two secure types of payments: Credit cards and direct bank wire into our business account.
The Guests that choose bank wire as their preferred method of payment must cover the transaction fee that is assessed at their processing bank.
The Guests that choose the use of credit card as their preferred method of payment, will visualize in their invoice a 6% processing fee charge.
Trip Cancellation Policies:
If it becomes necessary to cancel your trip, the following schedule applies and is determined by the day that we receive written notification:
Cancellations made after the initial deposit is received will incur a 250 USD administration fee.
Cancellations made between 90 to 61 days prior to the start of the itinerary will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 60 days prior and the beginning of the itinerary will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In case of natural disaster or any unforeseen event that could obstruct our Guests’ Travel itinerary, Nativo Peru will only charge the 250 USD administrative fee. The Guest would still be liable to cover any incurred costs from third party vendors.
Personal Data Protection Policy:
Nativo Peru doesn’t share personal client information or data with any third parties who aren’t part of the operation of our services.
We recommend Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance.
